Hiii! I've been determined to get back to using my DW/LJ as a platform (together with tumblr) after a pretty long absence and one reason is because I love engaging with meta and fandom perspectives and, like you, find the pace on tumblr and the way reblogs with additions fracture posts and send them off in all kinds of different directions very difficult to manage for that sort of purpose. I saw you have been posting in detail about it and I've saved that post to read properly as I suspect I will concur with a number of your thoughts.
