i remember the feeling

why am i suddenly stanning barry keoghan so hard????? i texted this to hannah earlier but i'm having that very specific fangirl moment where you're just like, casually interested in something/someone, you're reading a little about them, just poking around. and then the interest starts picking up a little and you're thinking oh this is quite interesting, this is really something/someone i'd like to think about more, i wonder if they'd be interesting in a fic. and then things REALLY start accelerating, and then suddenly, without fully understanding how you got there, you're realize you're teetering on the edge of the fangirl cliff about to fall right off it and you're like... oh shit. not again.

UGH I just feel like i have a real Thing for boys who look tough but are gentle, or boys whose experiences could have made them very tough and hard but instead they've become gentle. and it's especially interesting because some of his roles seem to be quite dark, so the contrast is even more striking? HELP he just seems very gentle, and sort of careful when he talks. like, maybe not Deep, I don't know that he's especially deep, but just.. thoughtful. i just............ have a lot of feelings ok!!! i teared up watching him do an interview just now so i must be even further gone than i thought.
